Tickets arriving!

All the tickets were mailed on Sunday, July 11th from Tokyo. You should be receiving them in a few days. Please notify us when the number of tickets were incorrect or you didn’t receive anything at all.

Burning Japan 2021 is held at a new location with limited 200 participants. Going through the survival guide should help you prepare for this rare occasion. There should be a ticket, a parking pass, a survival guide, a COVID-19 safety measure guideline and a Participants’ pledge mailed together for each participant.

【COVID-19 safety measure】
Aside the survival guide, there is a sheet only about COVID-19 safety measures. The content is basically the same as what’s described in the FAQ page on website. You should go through the list before departing since it has more than just an ordinal event participation guideline; such as wearing a mask, sanitizing fingers and avoiding the crowd. There are conditions that are unique to Burning Japan. Please don’t be discouraged by all the rules. Rather it would be great if you could start thinking something about a smarter way of having fun without risking your follow burners.

There is a section that you can record daily body temperature check in the sheet for 10 days prior to the event. It is also a great contribution to cancel participation when your health condition is questionable. Please do not hesitate to contact us for refund when skipping the event because of COVID-19 infection. That is the only reason we make a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable for any other reasons.

Also, read through the Participants’ Pledge and fill in the contact information beforehand. We will check your body temperature on arrival and make sure it’s not higer than 37.5℃, than ask for your signature.

【Event cancellation】
When we need to make a big decision like cancelling the event or making a major change due to the weather, disaster or state of emergency that requires travel restrictions by the municipal government, we will make an announcement on this website and the Facebook page.
