History

Clown Crown - FCK! - Asura is a collaboration between 2 theme camps:

- Clown Crown: a collective of DJs and VJs

- FCK!: an Art, Foods, Drinks & Kinks camp

- Asura: a massive DJ Booth

Clown Crown

Clown Crown’s signature is a massive, brightly shining DJ booth.

Started in 2020, Clown Crown provides not only Arts but also did offered spiritual spaces in geodesic domes and food arts. 

Each year, fresh talent joins the crew, from diverse backgrounds – especially Burning Man participants. bringing fresh ideas to life.

FCK!

Created in 2023, the FCK! (as French Can-Kamp!) started as a French Theme Camp focusing on art, gastronomy, cocktails & funny kinks. We also staged a fashion show and several DJs sets.

It aims at being inclusive, chromatically stunning, and massive. In 2024, transcending French thematic, we will explore and expand to the Freaks of Cloud Kingdom!

Asura

Asura is our massive DJs Booth for this year. It is based on the Titans with 3 heads of the Buddhist Religion. It looks like a Crane Origami with 3 heads.

Collabo

Based on obvious synergies, Clown Crown and FCK! joined their universes to form the biggest Theme Camp ever at Burning Japan. Visually breathtaking with a massive sound system, this year we will expand our Arts and Activities with our new recruits.

Thematic

Clown Crown - FCK! aims for the following:

• Very Visual Camps with tons of Lights and Colors
• Follow Burning Japan official Art Theme: 夢の回廊 (“Gallery of Dreams”)
• “Sky” as the common thematic between our arts
• Inclusive for non-member
• Safe Space

Activities

Clown Crown - FCK! are very diverse:

• Main Stage Asura: We will play music all days for the whole event, with many DJs & VJs. Surrounded by stunning artworks that will vibrate with the rhythm.
• Lounge: Our Lounge will open from noon to early morning, it will have its own chill sound systems and you'll be able to play boardgame.

• The Stormy Daniel's Bar: next to our lounge, come for some refreshment (or harder), with a non-committed menu and fun drink games

• Braai BBQ: A master chef from South-Afrika will treat you with delicious food from his country: Boerewors Sausage, Braaibroodjie Sandwich, Roosterkoek bread...

• The Sun: Drone Picture of everyone forming a Sun Canvas.
• Food Banquet: We will organize a very large Banquet with every camp group together to create a very large table for everyone to join.
• Fashion show: Our Signature fashion show will come back, please bring your most awesome costume and join for this fantastic event.
• Kinks: Our Shibari Master will come back to hang you from a trees. You can also take part of an Artistic Nyotaimori, that will include Body Paint.
