嬬恋牧場は年間を通して牛の放牧地である。電気も水道もありません。

牛の餌に気を配り、LNT（Leave No Trace）の原則を必ず実践してから出発してください。

🎒 持ち物 - 必須

チケット（携帯または印刷したもの）、写真付き身分証明書。
自分の食器、コップ、ボウル、カトラリーは各自で用意し、責任を持つこと。参加者が食べ物や飲み物を提供してくれますが、コップがないと失敗します！
テント、寝袋、枕、寝心地の良いマットレスなどの寝具。嬬恋牧場は平坦なキャンプ場ではないので、寝心地の良いマットレスやハンモックを持参すると腰が楽です。
天候に適した服装と靴（特にレインコート）
個人的な処方薬や、サービスのない僻地での健康と快適さを維持するために必要なもの。
ライトと予備の電池（ヘッドランプがあると便利です）
新旧の友人への贈り物。贈り物は様々な形があり、物理的なものに限らない。
4日間の食料と飲料（水を含む
ガスコンロ／ジェットボイラー

携帯灰皿（タバコを吸う場合）

耳栓音響キャンプでは昼夜を問わず音楽を流すことが許されている。寝る場所は少し離れていますが、より快適に休むために耳栓の使用をお勧めします。
各自が必要な電子機器用のバッテリーパックがあると便利です。つま恋牧場には電気がありません。

🚁 ドローン

ドローンの持ち込みは可能です。但し、混雑している場所での飛行はご遠慮ください。

写真撮影は、個人を特定できない写真であっても同意が必要です。

すべての参加者は、カメラを向けられていると感じない権利がある。

🚯 痕跡を残さない（LNT）ための準備

買い物や荷造りをする前に、自分が残すかもしれない痕跡について少し考えてみましょう。ちょっとした計画で、ワードローブ、化粧品、食料品、キャンプ装飾品のMOOP*ファクターを大幅に減らすことができます（*MOOP = Matter Out Of Place＝ゴミから落し物まで何でも）：

スパンコール、羽、ラインストーン、ビーズなどは、華麗なガウンから外れて悲しいプラスチック製MOOPになってしまうかもしれません。
キラキラは楽しいものですが、キラキラした（生分解性のない）グリッターや宝石ステッカーは、あなたの素敵な体からこすれてしまえば、ムープ状の（マイクロ）プラスチック以外の何物でもないことを覚えておいてください。(ですから、生分解性のグリッターだけは持参しましょう！）。
多くの場合、食材はキャンプに来る前に包装し直すことで、現地での包装ゴミの量を減らすことができます。
キャンプや夢をデコレーションするときは、せっかくのスペースブランケットやグリッターカーテン、小さなプラスチックの花などが、風であっという間に私たちの大切な地球を漂うゴミになってしまうことを考慮してください。

Tsumagoi Bokujo is a cow pasture throughout the year. There is no electricity or running water available.

Please be mindful of the cows food and make sure to practice Leave No Trace (LNT) principles before leaving.

🎒 What to bring - Mandatory

Your Ticket (on your phone or printed), and photo ID.
Your Own Dishes, You are supposed to bring and take responsibility for your own cup, bowl and cutlery. There will be participants offering you food or drinks and you will miss out without a cup!
Sleeping gear like tent, sleeping bag, pillow and a comfy mattress. Tsumagoi Bokujo is not a smooth camping area, your back will thank you if you bring a comfy mattress or hammock to sleep on.
Weather appropriate clothes and shoes (especially raincoat)
Personal prescription drugs or whatever else you need to maintain your health and comfort in a remote area with no services.
Lights and spare batteries (headlamps can be useful)
Gifts to give to new and old friends. Gifts can take many forms and are not limited to physical objects.
Food & Beverage (including Water) for the 4 days
Gas Stove/Jet Boiler

Trash Bag
Portable ash tray (if you smoke)

🎒 What to bring - Better to Have

First aid
Cooler box Weather won't be hot, but especially for meat, you need cool temperature.
Tarp in case of rain
Insect repellent, there might be mosquitoes
Sunscreen
Earplug Sound camps are allowed to play music all day and night. While the sleeping area is located a bit further away, we recommend using earplugs for a more comfortable rest.
Battery packs for your individual electronic needs can be useful. There is no electricity at Tsumagoi Bokujo
Wipes, toothbrush, toiletries
Small BBQ with Fireproof Mat to protect the ground
Knives & Cutting Board
Camping chair
Tables
Things to express yourself with like outfits, musical instruments, props, games, crafty stuff, decorations, fabrics, fairy lights and anything else you can think of that might make the experience more fun for you and your neighbors
Condoms

If you do not register your camp, you are not allowed to bring the following items:

Gasoline Generators (Batteries and solar panels are OK)
Fire and Gas Equipment (Cooking and campfires on a fire pit are OK)
Structures Larger Than 3 Meters
Sound Speakers louder than 100 watts

⛔️ Leave at home

Weapons, Drugs or anything else that is prohibited by Japanese law
Non-biodegradable glitter
Pet, sorry we can not accept pet for safety reason.

🚁 Drones

Drones are permitted in the main area. But feel fly them carefully above crowded area.

Photography requires consent, even if the person can’t be identified in the photo.

Every participant has the right to not feel like a camera is pointed at them.

🚯 Prepare to Leave No Trace (LNT)

Before you shop and pack, take a moment and think about the trace you might be leaving. With a bit of planning you can significantly reduce the MOOP* factor in your wardrobe, cosmetics, food-stuffs & camp décor (*MOOP = Matter Out Of Place = anything from trash to lost objects):

Avoid costumes with things that could easily come off - sequins, feathers, rhinestones or beads might detach from your glorious gown and become sad plastic MOOP.
Glitter is fun - but remember that shiny (non-biodegradable) glitter or jewel stickers are nothing else than moop-y (micro-)plastic once it is rubbed off your fabulous body. (Therefore, only bring biodegradable glitter!)
Often, food-stuffs can be re-packaged before you come to reduce the amount of packaging waste on site.
When decorating your camp or dream, consider that the wind might quickly turn those awesome space blankets, glitter-curtains or sweet little plastic-flowers into debris floating around on our precious planet.
