🌞 Gate Open

Gate opens at 12:00 on Friday 11th of October.

If you are not part of a Theme camp, you cannot arrive before that time as our volunteer won't be ready.

🚙 Parking

Parking at the venue is limited. We may be able to extend the parking area, but if we do, you might need to walk a bit farther.

To access the parking lot, you must buy a Parking Ticket.

We strongly recommend carpooling to maximize the number of passengers per car. To find or offer rideshares, please use our Discord channel:

Please park tightly to make the most of the available space and assist other drivers in parking.

Since our volunteers are limited, drivers are expected to help the next driver to park.

Parking will be available 24/7. Please make sure to park your car in the designated parking lot and nowhere else (not on the site, not on the road, etc.).

At the gate, you will need to exchange your Parking Ticket for a visible Parking Number that should be displayed on your dashboard area.

⛺️Setting up camp

At Burning Japan, there is no designated camping area except for Theme Camps. You are free to camp anywhere in the sleeping area as long as you do not disturb your neighbors’ access.

If you are part of a registered Theme Camp, you can set up your camp within the designated area for that Theme Camp. (Theme camp members can also sleep in the sleeping area)

For those who are not part of a registered Theme Camp, you can still set up your camp next to a registered Theme Camp by asking the members where you can set up.

Please remember to be respectful and considerate to others during your stay to ensure everyone has a great experience.

🚐 RVs, camper vans, caravans, live-in cars/vans

Please use the designated area for camping cars.
